Creating a biodiversity oasis
3Bee is a European nature-tech company that develops technologies for monitoring and regenerating biodiversity.

At 3Bee, Virginia heads up the team that deals with education and dissemination projects aimed at companies, employees, and schools.
She says: “I deal with new European laws and directives related to sustainability and biodiversity, such as the Nature Restoration Act, CSRD, CSDDD and ESRS standards.
“I also manage the CSR Network, a community of 100 sustainability managers that supports members with continuous updating and training through webinars and events.”
